3 Onions, cut up
3tbTapioca

1cnTomatoes (28 oz size)
1cDiced potatoes
2 Bay leaves
1/2cFrozen peas
1tbSalt
1/2tsPepper
3/4cHot water

Combine all ingredients into heavy cookware. Bake covered at 250 degrees F for five hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with dumplings or boiled potatoes or buttered noodles.
